The MaksMaster-M G2 is a professional wireless LED lamp designed for Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and automotive bodywork. Available with 3 or 6 LED strips, it provides adjustable illumination that helps technicians clearly see panel reflections, dents and surface imperfections.
The lamp housing is made of durable embossed plastic with stiffening ribs and ventilation openings. A C-shaped rubber profile runs around the housing to protect it from mechanical damage and help prevent scratches or damage to the vehicle's paintwork during contact.
The housing contains the LED strips, power supply components and electronic control system. The rear features an ON/OFF switch and a mounting point for the flexible DNE-Lock connection. The diffuser is made of impact-resistant, highly light-transmissive plastic with a matte anti-glare surface. The control buttons and decorative elements are integrated into the diffuser.
Makita battery power
The lamp is powered by a 14.4–18 V Makita lithium-ion battery*, connected through a dedicated power adapter with a locking mechanism and electrical contacts. The adapter also features a USB output for charging compatible electronic devices and gadgets.
The lamp and power adapter are mounted on a flexible DNE-Lock connection with an adjustable clamp, allowing the lamp to be securely positioned at different angles relative to the vehicle body panel.
The lamp attaches to the vehicle surface using a vacuum suction cup with a mechanical pump. The suction cup has a diameter of 120 mm and provides stable positioning during repair work.
Functions and operating modes
- LED control: each LED strip can be controlled independently using its dedicated button.
- DIMMER: provides smooth or step-by-step brightness adjustment.
- Quick all-off function: switches off all active LED strips simultaneously for fast changes between operating modes.
- MEMORY: allows frequently used lighting configurations to be stored in the lamp's memory.
- Automatic memory: the electronic control unit automatically remembers the last operating mode and restores it when the lamp is switched on again.
